CHAP. 2813.— An Act Granting a pension to Wincy A. Lindsey. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 17826](/us/bill/59/hr/17826).] [[Private, No. 2615](/us/pvtl/59/2615).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Wincy A. Lindsey. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension2011 laws, the name of Wincy A. Lindsey, widow of Berry G. Lindsey, late of Company A, Seventh Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, June 6, 1906.
