CHAP. 2802.— An Act Granting a pension to Cornelia Mitchell. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 16931](/us/bill/59/hr/16931).] [[Private, No. 2604](/us/pvtl/59/2604).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Cornelia Mitchell. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Cornelia Mitchell, widow of Nathan Mitchell, late of the Quartermaster’s Department, United States Army, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, June 6, 1906.
