CHAP. 2798.— An Act Granting a pension to Katharine Partridge. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 16390](/us/bill/59/hr/16390).] [[Private. No. 2600](/us/pvtl/59/2600).] *Be it enacted by the Sen ate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Katharine Partridge. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws the name of Katharine Partridge, helpless and dependent daughter of Wesley Partridge, late of Company B, Thirty-sixth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the same to be paid to her duly constituted guardian.
