CHAP. 2791.— An Act Granting a pension to Hester Hyatt. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 15588](/us/bill/59/hr/15588).] [[Private. No. 2593](/us/pvtl/59/2593).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hester Hyatt. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hester Hyatt, widow of John H.
Hyatt, late lieutenant-colonel Eighteenth Regiment New York National Guard and major Fifteenth Regiment New York State Militia, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, June 6, 1906.
