CHAP. 2790.— An Act Granting a pension to Jose N. Lucero, alias Nasario Lucero. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 15523](/us/bill/59/hr/15523).] [[Private, No. 2592](/us/pvtl/59/2592).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jose N. Lucero, alias Nasario Lucero. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jose N.
Lucero, alias Nasario Lucero, late of Company B, First Regiment New Mexico Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 6, 1906.
