CHAP. 2781.— An Act Granting a pension to Milton Diehl. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 15032](/us/bill/59/hr/15032).] [[Private, No. 2583](/us/pvtl/59/2583).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Milton Diehl. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Milton Diehl, late of Company II, Thirty-second Regiment United States Infantry, and Company H, Twenty-first Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
