CHAP. 2769.— An Act Granting a pension to Clarence W. Thomas. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 24483](/us/bill/34/hr/24483).][[Private, No. 2528](/us/pvt/34/2528).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Clarence W. Thomas.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Clarence W. Thomas, late of Company H, Fourth Regiment Virginia Volunteer Infantry, war with Spam, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, March 2, 1907.
