CHAP. 2769.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Thomas Armstrong. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 14801](/us/bill/59/hr/14801).] [[Private. No. 2571](/us/pvtl/59/2571).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas Armstrong. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas Armstrong, late of Company A, One hundred and sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
