CHAP. 2744.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Ann Foard. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 24197](/us/bill/34/hr/24197).][[Private, No. 2503](/us/pvt/34/2503).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary Ann Foard.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Ann Foard, widow of James A.
Foard, late ensign, Captain McGee’s Company Alabama Volunteers, Creek Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 2, 1907.
