CHAP. 272.— An Act Granting a pension to Helen A. Frederick. February 19, 1906.[[S. 164](/us/bill/59/s/164).][[Private, No. 255](/us/pvt/59/255).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Helen A. Frederick. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Helen A.
Frederick, widow of Calvin H. Frederick, late lieutenant-colonel Fifty-ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and Fifth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 19, 1906.
