CHAP. 2707.— An Act Granting a pension to Nancy Ann Gee. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 12807](/us/bill/59/hr/12807).] [[Private, No. 2509](/us/pvtl/59/2509).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Nancy Ann Gee. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy Ann Gee, former widow of Richard Burnand, alias Richard Borland, late of Company B, Second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
