CHAP. 2705.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jesse H. Brandt. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 12762](/us/bill/59/hr/12762).] [[Private, No. 2507](/us/pvtl/59/2507).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jesse H. Brandt. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1987 laws, the name of Jesse H.
Brandt, late second lieutenant Companies F and A, Forty-sixth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that lie is now receiving. Approved, June 6, 1906.
