CHAP. 2691.— An Act Granting a pension to Minnie Irwin. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 12194](/us/bill/59/hr/12194).] [[Private, No. 2493](/us/pvtl/59/2493).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Minnie Irwin. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Minnie Irwin, widow of Edward Irwin, late of Company D, Thirty-eighth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and Company A, Twenty-third Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
