CHAP. 2687.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lewis Hoffmann. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 12010](/us/bill/59/hr/12010).] [[Private, No. 2489](/us/pvtl/59/2489).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lewis Hoffmann. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1983 laws, the name of Lewis Hoffmann, late captain Fourth Independent Battery, Ohio Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
