CHAP. 2680.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John S. Bergen. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 23440](/us/bill/34/hr/23440).][[Private, No. 2439](/us/pvt/34/2439).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Carrie May Allen.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Carrie May Allen, helpless and dependent daughter of James Allen, late unassigned, Twenty-first Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
