CHAP. 2632.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Stephen C. Smith. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 6776](/us/bill/59/hr/6776).] [[Private, No. 2434](/us/pvtl/59/2434).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Stephen C. Smith. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Stephen C.
Smith, late of Company D, Second Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and Forty-first Company, Second Battalion, Veteran Reserve Corps, and One hundred and fifty-ninth Company, Second Battalion, Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 6, 1906.
