CHAP. 2608.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Spaulding. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 4244](/us/bill/59/hr/4244).] [[Private. No. 2410](/us/pvtl/59/2410).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John Spaulding. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Spaulding, late of Company D, Thirtieth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
