CHAP. 2586.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary Lockard. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 1133](/us/bill/59/hr/1133).] [[Private, No. 2388](/us/pvtl/59/2388).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Lockard. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Lockard, helpless and dependent daughter of John Lockard, late of Company I, Twentieth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and Company H, First Regiment Pennsylvania Provisional Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
