CHAP. 2584.— An Act For the relief of John Lavine. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 19932](/us/bill/34/hr/19932).][[Private, No. 2343](/us/pvt/34/2343).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War John Lavine.Honorable discharge granted.be, and he is hereby, directed to remove the charge of desertion from the military record of the said John Lavine, late private in Company A, Second Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and to issue to said John Lavine a certificate of honorable discharge bearing even date *Proviso.*No pay. etc.with the charge of desertion: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
