CHAP. 2583.— An Act For the relief of L. Biertempfel. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 12840](/us/bill/34/hr/12840).][[Private, No. 2342](/us/pvt/34/2342).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to reimburseL. Biertempfel.Reimbursement. L. Biertempfel, a German subject, for loss sustained by him through the action of Louis Stern, United States commercial agent at Bamberg, Germany, in collecting the sum of eight hundred and seventy-one dollars and eight cents belonging to Biertempfel and converting it to his own use, and said sum is hereby appropriated for this purpose out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
