CHAP. 2579.— An Act To correct the military record of Charles F. Deisch. June 4, 1906. [[H. R. 5842](/us/bill/59/hr/5842).] [[Private, No. 2383](/us/pvtl/59/2383).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles F. Deisch. Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of Charles F. Deisch, late a private in Company G, Thirteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and to issue to said Charles F.
Deisch an honorable discharge from the service of the United States, of date April fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other*Proviso.*No pay, etc. emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, June 4, 1906.
