CHAP. 2578.— An Act For the relief of David H. Moffat. June 4, 1906. [[S. 584](/us/bill/59/s/584).] [[Private, No. 2382](/us/pvtl/59/2382).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, David H. Moffat. Military record corrected. That David H. Moffat shall be held and considered to have been mustered into the service of the United States as a captain of the Third Regiment of Colorado Cavalry Volunteers on the twentieth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and that the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue to him a certificate of discharge as a captain of said regiment, to date from the seventeenth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no pay or other*Proviso*.No pay, etc. emoluments shall become due or payable to any person by virtue of the passage of this Act.
