CHAP. 2562.— An Act Granting a pension to Henry Sistrunk. May 26, 1906. [[S. 1739](/us/bill/59/s/1739).] [[Private, No. 2379](/us/pvtl/59/2379).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry Sistrunk. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Sistrunk, late of Captain L. G. Lesley’s company, Florida Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, May 26, 1906.
