CHAP. 2552.— An Act To authorize the Pensacola and Northeastern Railroad Company, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, to construct a bridge over the Escambia River between the counties of Santa Rosa and Escambia, in the State of Florida. March 2, 1907. [[H. R. 25795](/us/bill/34/hr/25795).] [[Public, No. 211](/us/pl/34/211).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Pensacola andEscambia River.
Fla.Pensacola and Northeastern Railroad Company may bridge.Location. Northeastern Railroad Company, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, operate, and maintain a bridge over the Escambia River between the counties of Escambia and Santa Rosa, in the State of Florida, at such point between the mouth of said river and the Alabama State line to be approved by the Secretary of War, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate*Ante,* p. 84. the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, and repeal this Act isAmendment. hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1907.
