CHAP. 2550.— An Act Granting a pension to Hannah McCarty. May 21, 1906. [[S. 5754](/us/bill/59/s/5754).] [[Private, No. 2377](/us/pvtl/59/2377).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hannah McCarty. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hannah McCarty, widow of Lemington McCarty, late of Company F, Second Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 21, 1906.
