CHAP. 2547.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Fayette Bridge Company to construct a bridge over the Monongahela River, Pennsylvania, from a point in the borough of Brownsville, Fayette County, to a point in the borough of West Brownsville, Washington County,” approved April twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. March 2, 1907. [[H. R. 25769](/us/bill/34/hr/25769).] [[Public, No. 206](/us/pl/34/206).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Monongahela River, Pa.Time extended for bridging, by Fayette Bridge Company.
That section seven of an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Fayette Bridge Company to construct a bridge over the Monongahela River. Pennsylvania, from a point in the borough of Brownsville. Fayette County, to a point in the borough of West Brownsville. Washington County,” approved April twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six, be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows: " “Sec. 7. Time of construction.*Ante.* p. 130, amended.That this Act shall be null and void unless the construction of said bridge shall be commenced within one year from April twenty-third, nineteen hundred and seven, and shall be completed by April twenty-third, nineteen hundred and ten.
