CHAP. 2546.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act permitting the building of a dam across the Mississippi River at or near the village of Clearwater, Wright County, Minnesota,” approved June fourteenth, nineteen hundred and six. March 2, 1907. [[H. R. 25717](/us/bill/34/hr/25717).] [[Public, No. 205](/us/pl/34/205).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That section three of anMississippi River.Time extended for dam, at Clearwater, Minn.
Act entitled “An Act permitting the building of a dam across the Mississippi River at or near the village of Clearwater, Wright County, Minnesota,” approved June fourteenth, nineteen hundred and six, be, and the same hereby is, amended so as to read as follows: " “Sec. 3. That this Act shall be null and void unless the constructionTime of construction.*Ante*, p. 267, amended. of the dam hereby authorized is commenced within one year from June fourteenth, nineteen hundred and seven, and completed within three years thereafter.
