CHAP. 2545.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act permitting the building of a dam across the Mississippi River above the village of Monticello, Wright County, Minnesota,” approved June fourteenth, nineteen hundred and six. Act entitled “An Act permitting the building of a dam across the Mississippi River above the village of Monticello, Wright County. Minnesota,” approved June fourteenth, nineteen hundred and six be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to read as follows: " “Sec. 3. That this Act shall be null and void unless the constructionTime of construction.*Ante,* p. 265, amended. of the dam hereby authorized is commenced within one year from June fourteenth, nineteen hundred and seven, and completed within three years thereafter.
