CHAP. 2544.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Monongahela River, in the State of Pennsylvania, by the Liberty Bridge Company. March 2, 1907. [[H. R. 25691](/us/bill/34/hr/25691).] [[Public, No. 203](/us/pl/34/203).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Liberty BridgeMonongahela River.Liberty Bridge Company may bridge at Pittsburg, P. Company, a corporation created and organized under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, its successors and assigns, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct and maintain a bridge and approaches thereto over the Monongahela River, in the city of Pittsburg, State of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of Congress*Ante,* p. 84. approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six, entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters.
” Sec. 2. That this Act shall be null and void if actual construction ofConstruction. the bridge herein authorized be not commenced within one year and completed within three years from the date of the approval of this Act. Sec. 3. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1907.
