CHAP. 2543.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Grand Calumet River, State of Illinois. March 2, 1907. [[H. R. 25671](/us/bill/34/hr/25671).] [[Public, No. 202](/us/pl/34/202).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Grand Calumet River, Ill.Chicago Terminal Transfer Railroad Company may bridge. That the Chicago Terminal Transfer Railroad Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct a railroad bridge and approaches Location.thereto across the Grand Calumet River at a point in the south half of the southwest quarter of fractional section five, township thirty-six north, range fifteen east of the third principal meridian, about one-1235half mile west of the boundary line between the States of Indiana and Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act*Ante*, p. 84. to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1907.
