CHAP. 2542.— An Act To authorize the county of Armstrong, in the State of Pennsylvania, to construct a bridge across the Allegheny River in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. March 2, 1907. [[H. R. 25627](/us/bill/34/hr/25627).] [[Public, No. 201](/us/pl/34/201).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Allegheny River, Pa.Armstrong County may bridge. That the county of Armstrong, in the State of Pennsylvania, a municipal corporation under the laws of Pennsylvania, its successors and assigns, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and Location.approaches thereto across the Allegheny River, from a point on the Bonnett road, near a derrick erected by the Pittsburg Plate Glass Company, in North Buffalo Township.
Armstrong County. Pennsylvania. to a point on the public road leading from Rosston to Kittanning, near the old landing of Midway Ferry, in the borough of Ford City, in said county and State, in accordance with the provisions of the Act *Ante,* p. 84.entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1907.
