CHAP. 2540.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of War to make certain disposition of condemned guns and cannon balls. March 2, 1907. [[H. R. 25401](/us/bill/34/hr/25401).] [[Public, No. 199](/us/pl/34/199).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarObsolete ordnance.Given to Athens Monument Association, Ohio. be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to give to the Monument Association, Athens, Ohio, four condemned brass or bronze guns with suitable outfit of cannon balls which may not be needed in 1234the service.
Such gift shall he made subject to rules and regulations covering the same in the War Department, and the Government shall be at no expense in connection with such loan or gift. Approved, March 2, 1907.
