CHAP. 2540.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Nancy Pruit. May 21, 1906. [[S. 5658](/us/bill/59/s/5658).] [[Private, No. 2367](/us/pvtl/59/2367).] *Be it enacted by the Semite and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Nancy Pruit. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy Pruit, widow of John Pruit, late of Company G, Third Regiment Arkansas Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
