CHAP. 254.— An Act Granting a pension to Mariah Baughman. February 10, 1906.[[H. R. 10573](/us/bill/59/hr/10573).][[Private, No. 240](/us/pvt/59/240).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Mariah Baughman. Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mariah Baughman, widow of Elijah Baughman, late of Company E, One hundred and fourteenth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
