CHAP. 2515.— An Act Providing for the retirement of noncommissioned officers, petty officers, and enlisted men of the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps of the United States. March 2, 1907. [[S. 3638](/us/bill/34/s/3638).] [[Public, No. 174](/us/pl/34/174).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That when an enlisted manRetired enlisted men. shall have served thirty years either in the Army, Navy, or MarineAdditional allowances to.
Corps, or in all, he shall, upon making application to the President, 1218be placed upon the retired list, with seventy-five per centum of the pay and allowances he may then be in receipt of, and that said allowances shall be as follows: Nine dollars and fifty cents per month in lieu of rations and clothing and six dollars and twenty-five cents per *Proviso.*Credit for all service.month in lieu of quarters, fuel, and light: *Provided,* That in computing the necessary thirty years’ time all service in the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps shall be credited.
Sec. 2. Repeal.That all Acts and parts of Acts, so far as they conflict with the provisions of this Act, are hereby repealed. Approved, March 2, 1907.
