CHAP. 2509.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to David Oglevie. May 21, 1906. [[S. 4525](/us/bill/59/s/4525).] [[Private, No. 2336](/us/pvtl/59/2336).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, David Oglevie. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1949 laws, the name of David Oglevie, late of Company I, Eighty-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
