CHAP. 2495.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lisania Judd. May 21, 1906. [[S. 3738](/us/bill/59/s/3738).] [[Private, No. 2322](/us/pvtl/59/2322).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lisania in Judd. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lisania Judd, widow of Hiram Judd, late of Company E, Mormon Battalion Iowa Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
