CHAP. 2475.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mariot Losure. May 21, 1906. [[S. 567](/us/bill/59/s/567).] [[Private, No. 2302](/us/pvtl/59/2302).] *Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mariot Losure. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mariot Losure, late of Company K, Thirty-eighth Regiment, and Company D, One hundred and eighty-ninth Regiment, Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
