CHAP. 247.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Samuel McKinney. February 10, 1906.[[H. R. 9984](/us/bill/59/hr/9984).][[Private, No. 233](/us/pvt/59/233).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Samuel McKinney. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel McKinney, late of Company C, Thirty-1481seventh Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
