CHAP. 2464.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Missouri River and to establish it as a post-road. May 16, 1906. [[S. 5796](/us/bill/34/s/5796).] [[Public, No. 168](/us/pl/34/168).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Missouri River, Mo.Kansas City, Saint Joseph and Excelsior Springs Railway Company may bridge at Kansas City. That the Kansas City, Saint Joseph and Excelsior Springs Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct a railroad, wagon, and foot bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River at a point on the north boundary line of Kansas City, Missouri, to a point opposite the said Kansas City, Missouri, on the north side of said river, in Clay County, in the State of Missouri, said bridge to he so placed as to be erected between what is known as Delaware street and Lydia avenue, in Kansas City, Missouri, in accordance with the provisions *Ante*, p. 84.of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters.” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 16, 1906.
