CHAP. 2459.— An Act To authorize the Minnesota, Dakota and Pacific Railway Company to construct a bridge across the Missouri River. May 14, 1906. [[S. 5943](/us/bill/34/s/5943).] [[Public, No. 163](/us/pl/34/163).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Minnesota, DakotaMissouri River, S. Dak.Minnesota, Dakota and Pacific Railway Company may bridge.Location. and Pacific Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of South Dakota, its successors and assigns, be, and they tire hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a railway bridge and approaches thereto, across the Missouri River between the mouth of the Moreau River and the south line of Walworth County in the State of South Dakota, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over*Ante,* p. 84. navigable waters.” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 14, 1906.
