CHAP. 2436.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jane Tate. March 1, 1907.[[S. 7948](/us/bill/34/s/7948).][[Private, No. 2274](/us/pvt/34/2274).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jane Tate.Pension increased.Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of .Jane Tate, widow of John W.
Tate, late of Company A, First Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Infantry, and Company F, Fifth Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 1, 1907.
