CHAP. 2431.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Beatty. May 8, 1906. [[S. 5366](/us/bill/59/s/5366).] [[Private, No. 2282](/us/pvtl/59/2282).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John Beatty. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Beatty, late of United States ships New Hampshire, Pontiac, and North Carolina, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
