CHAP. 2419.— An Act Granting a pension to Catharine Hayes. March 1, 1907.[[S. 7871](/us/bill/34/s/7871).][[Private, No. 2257](/us/pvt/34/2257).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Catharine Hayes.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2729laws, the name of Catharine Hayes, widow of Thomas Hayes, late of Company B, First Regiment Kansas Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 1, 1907.
