CHAP. 2403.— An Act Granting a pension to Ellen Dougherty. March 1, 1907.[[S. 7772](/us/bill/34/s/7772).][[Private, No. 2241](/us/pvt/34/2241).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Ellen Dougherty.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen Dougherty, widow of Daniel Dougherty, late of Company D, Fifth Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 1, 1907.
