CHAP. 240.— An Act Granting a pension to Frank P. Haas. February 10, 1906.[[H. R. 8689](/us/bill/59/hr/8689).][[Private, No. 226](/us/pvt/59/226).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Frank P. Haas.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frank P. Haas, late of the United States Marine Corps, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 10, 1906.
