CHAP. 24.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Birmingham. February 2, 1906. [[H. R. 1505](/us/bill/59/hr/1505).][[Private, No. 16](/us/pvt/59/16).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the William Birmingham. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Birmingham, late of Company H, First Regiment Michigan Volunteer Engineers and Mechanics, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
