CHAP. 239.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Dolores S. Foster. January 18, 1907.[[S. 6358](/us/bill/34/s/6358).][[Private, No. 220](/us/pvt/34/220).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Dolores S. Foster.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Dolores S.
Foster, widow of Davis Foster, late captain Company D, Twenty fourth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, January 18, 1907.
