CHAP. 238.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Retta M. Fairbanks. February 10, 1906.[[H. R. 8532](/us/bill/59/hr/8532).][[Private, No. 224](/us/pvt/59/224).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Retta M. Fairbanks. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1479pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Retta M.
Fairbanks, widow of Henry Fairbanks, late of Company C, Third Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 10, 1906.
