CHAP. 2362.— An Act Granting a pension to Ellen H. Swayne. May 8, 1906.[[S. 1692](/us/bill/34/s/1692).][[Private, No. 2213](/us/pvt/34/2213).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEllen H. Swayne.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen If. Swayne, widow of Wager Swayne, late colonel Forty-fifth Regiment United States Infantry, and major-general, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, May 8, 1906.
